Overview of Bravo
Bravo Company (BRAVO) was founded in 2005 in order to provide expertise in project management, Program and Budget formulation, strategic planning, and business process improvement to the Federal Government, State and Local Governments, and to the commercial sector. Due to our core competency of Program management for business process reengineering, and a corp group of PMP qualified Project Managers, BRAVO added our information technology branch in order to provide a better solution to custom developed web-based applications and infrastructure support to the federal government and commercial business. As a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOB), BRAVO provides a broad range of knowledge and expertise, ranging from Planning, Programming, Budget, and Execution (PPBES, the DoD Programming Cycle) to the development of custom web-based applications designed to automate and improve business processes.
In addition to custom web-based application development, and in response to both a government and commercial requirement for improvement to the existing workers compensation process, BRAVO developed Delta-Core. Delta-Core provides a web-based interface to any Federal Government, State or Local Government, or Commercial entity allowing employees to file workers compensation claims, and safety incident reports associated with said claims, both accurately and timely. By automating the business process for filing, confirming, adjudicating, and reporting on employee injury claims, Delta-Core succeeds in eliminating the inefficient paper process currently used to administer any workers compensation claim.
BRAVO's President and CEO, Randolph Wagner, graduated from the United States Military Academy in 1997 and provided service to his nation as an Armor Officer and as an Army Finance Officer. The knowledge Mr. Wagner gained during his service provided the basis for his work and support to several federal agencies regarding the development and improvement of program and budget operations and business processed. As Mr. Wagner continues to improve and expand his knowledge base, he attained his MBA in Management, with a focus in strategic planning from the Whitman School of Management, Syracuse University in May of 2005. Mr. Wagner's decision to found BRAVO Company and continue to serve his country by improving the overall operations for the federal government is the hallmark of his service, as well as the standard set for his entire team.
